A. She's controversial
B. She's gay
C. She's still attracted to "cutie-patootie" (sp?) guys like Tom Cruise
D. She's opinionated
E. She's not easily intimidated
F. People are still watching The View after 10 years
G. She's not a "skinny beeotch"
H. She's got a loyal following
I. She's a mom
Etc., etc., etc...
Well, I guess A. plus all = she won't be fired any time soon!
Ratings are high because of her, and as we all know, television comes down to the almighty dollar.
I can't say that I like or dislike her, really, but the truth is, she's got a piece of almost every marketable demographic out there. What are ya gonna do...
