I think if your friend has or had those feelings but did not act on them, then he is an excellent friend to you. People don't choose who they are attracted to, it just happens. I think the fact that your friend did not act on his attraction to her means he is a good guy with excellent morals and self control, who values his friendship with you more than having a fling with your girlfriend. I don't see the problem here.

Its normal.. Nothing to forgive for.
We all do it, even if they are friends.
Been married for 25 years and my hubby still checks out the ladies. And I sometimes will take a second look at a good looking guy. It is just human curiosity.
Heck for that matter if my hubby is checking out a girl and I notice, I look at the girl myself and we both comment on how pretty she is, or how big her bust is, esp if she is wearing out fits that show it all. Its hard not to look.

If it is in the past then that is where it should stay, but if you are having suspicions right now. Talk to your GF about it and make it extremly clear to your best friend that your don't appreciate them looking at your GF's T&A! :)

Yes, I'd forgive, otherwise it would fester away and bother me. Nothing wrong has happened so thinking about it and being resentful will only hurt you. Your gf is attractive, he looked, that's all. He's not blind, and he hasn't done anything wrong.
