There should be no possible way... unless court ordered and they went to the phone company to get them. then they can print out a sheet with everything on it. The District attorney can get them that is. otherwise i think its against the law to give them out or let anyone see them.

Hi,
Not sure about T-Mobil. I know there is a privacy act that Verizon Wireless has to go by, however, if it is a tragic situation and the authorities get involved, there is always a way to bring up a text or a restricted number...but normally no, your parents can go on line under data usage and see the times, numbers and days that that texts are sent to and from. I talk to parents every day and believe me they are more concerned with how many you are sending and receiving, not so much the content. I agree with the other person though, just don't put anything on your phone or on line that you would be ashamed of.
Good luck.
