I'm going through a divorce and it has taken a toll on me emotionally and physically. I've even gained weight. How can I start to feel good about myself again? My husband treated me like crap and was extremely selfish....this has really ruined my spirit.

Look at the bright side; your are probably losing about 200 pounds of dead weight in the divorce! Truthfully, you will start feeling better about yourself because you are going to tell yourself you are worth it! Then you are going to lose those nagging 17 pounds and go buy a new outfit, get your hair and nails done and go out with your friends. Join a club, work, keep busy, volunteer work does wonders for the soul!

I think it starts within. See if you can find a divorce recovery group.

I would also begin to think about what YOU like to do. What are things that interest YOU? When you figure that out, then start doing it.

Being a Christian, I would suggest try going to a nice church; you may find many answers there as well as support.

You are going to be fine.

Basically take a look at no longer to sit down on yahoo questions asking and answering, it is demanding seeing what number of retarded folks there are on the planet. But just about.. take a look at make your self consider greater. take a look at make your self seem greater, consider greater, ask any one you prefer out, move out with peers. and so forth
