Respect for a President or Former President.

Disagreement, dissent, and protest are patriotic.

Calling them names, spreading unfounded rumors, insulting our country or the efforts of our country to defend itself and it's interests around the world, or treating our elected officials as "guilty until proven innocent", or any other form of sedition, is Un-American.

I am a Democrat. I am tired of socialists and liberals defining the party and calling me a closet Republican because of my lack of sedition.

I believe in free speech (even for Republican talk shows).

I believe in free expression (including for conservative Christians).

I believe in equality (not special rights for special groups).

That makes me republican after all the fighting we democrats did to make those household values?

Then what do Democrats believe in now?

Take your party back. If you left, rejoin and vote against every seditious person in our party, voting for every single one that isn't seditious, no matter what their views as long as they love America.

Start by ending the sedition (not necessarily the dissent or protest) against President Bush. Set the tone for the next President by starting now. These men set themselves up as the targets for every America-hating person in the world. They deserve our respect and support, even as we disagree with them and protest their policies (NOT THEM!)

Thank you for your post.

Get an training in grammar till now you ask such questions. Bush is in basic terms a 'hair' above your point(no offense meant)and that's purely because of the fact the final court docket and a few ne'er-do-wells in Ohio helped him get 'non-elected' two times as prez. 'hare' - examine 'hate' and 'dislike' are miles aside. united states of america does not dislike or hate the guy, they hate and dislike what he's finished to the presidency and the country! The 'information' is the only thank you to 'track' what's happening!! the place's your capital letters!! New Orleans - a shame - a black mark on Bush and the presidency he represents!! 'propanity'??? ok - 'profanity'. I 'hate' to do it yet back, the grammar speaks volumes concerning to the certainty which you comprehend not something of what you talk approximately.

I do not hate President Bush. I believe that he entered his presidency with an agenda and when the facts would not support his agenda he either ignored the facts or lied to the American people about them. He talks about compromise, but then gives ultimatums which leads me to believe that his idea of compromise is my way or the highway. I also believe that he is more concerned about protecting his friends than doing what is best for the average American.

Judging from his large, large record of lies, denials, arrogance, and his stubborn support of the list of his most incompetent appointees to top positions, it takes very little to misunderstand him. Has he really got real genuine friends other than those who cling to him for their own personal gain???? We don't even see his poodle, Tony Blair, coming to visit him as frequently as those hey days! ;-)

I dislike Bush because he himself doesn't understand what he's saying when he talks about judicial activism. His rhetoric is correct, I simply can't believe that he truly understands what he is saying.

George bush misunderstood? Hell yes I never understand what he says. He latches onto a word and just flogs it to death. example resolve. Holy crap .. In one speech I counted 19 times he used that word..He uses other words to death as well..I sometimes think he has a large key in his back and you wind him up and he just keeps on repeating over and over

If he is misunderstood, it's his own fault. Have you never heard him speak? The man is a freakin' moron. He has given, by far.....some of the worst presidential speeches in history. He is a poor excuse for a leader.......................

Yes. Misunderstood.

But also guilty of criminal violations of federal law, by both his own admission and by the findings of the Supreme Court.
