My 2005 Honda TRX 90, will not idle without holding the throttle.What is the problem?

Put a new spark plug in first, it that doesn't fix it then tweak the idle.

Well, it could be as simple as adjusting the idle speed screw on the carburettor, or it could be that the idle circuit in the carburettor is plugged up and will need cleaning. Start with the idle speed adjustment, try turning it in 1/2 a turn and see what happens.

screw the idle screw in. it is usually on the side of the carb, with grips on it so you can turn it with your fingers
