A body was found on our farm, looks like the fella was killed from a gunshot, it was pretty close to the highway so we think it was outsiders.

The sheriff did a check around town and it wasnt anyone from the local area that died. We had a town meeting and nobody reported witnessing anything unusual. We had a vote and decided it was best to keep quiet about it, the body was buried in a secret location and forgotten about.

Lately federal officers have been snooping around town, and around our farm. We are starting to get nervous, we dont want to get blamed for what happened.

What is the best thing to do? Keep quiet or come forward and risk being blamed?

No... They some times use a sheet or a body bag.

Come forward. Someone will squeel and you'll look even more guilty and you'll for sure go to jail. I am so glad I don't live in your town. Ever think that the family of this nameless victim is worried sick or would like closure. Very thoughtl
ess . I really hope you made this question up and this is not real.

Your town is insane.

You have all imagined this "incident".

I once lived in a country that thought its freedom had vanished. We actually imagined that we were about to be enslaved, chipped and exploited by a government that had become dissatisfied by mere taxes and rules.

Fortunately, we all just overcame the illusion, and got back to the real world.

Just ignore the imaginations, and act as though all is well.

If you keep talking about these type of things, you'll be committed, and they will put drugs in you until you tell them you don't fear anymore.

Society is sane, normal and fair.

see what the federal officers want and if they want the dead man then you could dump the body in a lonely place which is sure to be looked at and let them find it with a note that says "i been found on ........... farm" and deny all knowledge and make sure you can't be identified.
but the best way is to go and admit it but you should have done if sooner for you can have evidence against you.

Eh, you ARE joking, right!!!??

Good Lord, this sounds like a bad episode of the twilight zone.

If the case were real, though....I'd tell the truth. The truth will set you freeeeeeee!!!

If you are innocent of the crime then you have probably nothing to worry about, but think about what the mans' family must be going through! What if it had been your brother/father/uncle wouldn't you want to know what happened to him and where he was buried! wouldn't you want to give him a decent funeral?

I find it very hard to believe a complete town would cover up a murder, this sounds like bull sh-t .

It is definitely wrong. That man was someone's loved one, and they have no idea where he's at or what has happened to him. Not to mention what your whole town is doing is illegal. It's nothing less than accomplice of murder. I can't believe this.

I would sing like a bird. If you tell the higher officials they should believe you. Why would you get blamed?
