0.15 amp

First look at these relations, C = current, V = voltage, R = resistance and P = power:

1) P = CV
2) V = CR

From 1)

V = P/C

Repalcing in 2)

P/C = CR

multiplying by C

P = C^2R

Clearing the varible C:

(P/R)^1/2 = C

And now you just have to put the values in the formula:

P = 5 Watt
R = 220 Ohm

You should use the equation Amps = the square root of Watts over Ohms So take 5 watts divide it by 220 ohms which equals .0227 you than take the square root of .0227 and you get .150 amps.

Current will be determined by E/R that's voltage applied to the ohms. Ex. 120v/220=0.545 amps.

P=I x V =Isq. x R

5.0=Isq x 220
Isq=5.0/220
I= sq. root (5.0/220) =0.151A
