When I see inbred families in the country they all look strange, like that kid in "Deliverance", why don't the Royals have that look?

Actually George 2 and 3 married first cousins, Victoria married her 1st cousin and Phillip is only Greek by way of an election, he is from the Danish family and IS in fact Elizabeth's cousin and both claim Victoria as their Great Great Grandmother.

Actually, it was Queen Victoria who was very much in favour of her children marrying outside traditional royal circles. She wanted new blood in the family, and her daughter Princess Louise married the Duke of Fife, one of the first royal princesses to marry a commoner. Subsequently, this has become quite common. The British family is certainly far less inbred than others.

It's ironic, when you reflect that Victoria introduced hemophilia to the royal lines throughout Europe, by her descendents marrying into them.

Because every now & then they "move outside the box" & marry a commoner. For example, Diana Spencer, Sarah Ferguson & ,in the next year or so, Kate Middleton.
This "cleans up" the bloodline.
