im thinking about getting a new one piece stick and this is a serious consideration. Its that or the warrior mac daddy. feedback?

The response armor weighs 470 grams and is designed for durability, not necessarily performance. I can't imagine it can really compare to a Mac Daddy type design or even a Synergy ST, for that matter.

I would recommend you stay away from TPS sticks in general, unless you find a really good price on Response Lite closeouts or pro overruns. Their products are inconsistent in play, manufacturing and durability. My guess is you'd be infinitely happier with Bauer, Easton or Warrior sticks.

As for the Mac Daddy, the closest comparison would be the original Vapor XXX (navy one from 2005) that was made by the same manufacturer. I personally think the Dolomite is a better performance stick and a better value as well.

Lastly, if you're looking at 'true one-piece' constructions, the Stealth and Vapor XXX lite are superior to the Mac Daddy from a performance standpoint, if not in durability.
