You need to be aware that some speed-check systems these days use an average over a set distance, often on roadworks or contraflows, so it's no good tramping on the brakes as you come up to the second camera (you may not have seen the first one, they don't all flash, being infrared).
Afraid you'll have to wait & see if that lovely little envelope drops through your letter box.

First of all, I am reading some responses and can't believe so of you actually think there is a 5 mph window that allows you to go 5mph over the speed limit. A 30 mile per hour speed limit is exactly what is says. If any of you find it written anywhere in the law books, let me know so I can read it myself. However, most police will not pull you over for going over a little the speed like you mentioned but, they very well could if they wanted to. To answer your question! If you are referring to the signs they place on the side of the roads?
They are warnings and reminders of the posted speeds. They usually place them in problem areas or where there may be construction going on. Now if an officer was monitoring the sign and seen someone speeding at high speeds, he would more than likely ticket that person.
So No you are not getting a ticket unless the officer is still behind you while you are posting this question. If this is the case, I would go ahead and pull over so you can now be arrested for ignoring the officer.
Have a nice day!

Not possible to give a definitive answer. Different forces have different levels of ferocity regarding speeding.
2 miles/hour should not make a difference, though, as all speedometers are never 100% accurate.
Also, many Gatso type cameras (which flash) do not have film in them all the time.

Sadly you will, some police force areas have a zero tolerance policy, I work with a guy that got fined for doing 33 in a 30 by some tosser with a hand held laser speed detector so yeah you'll probably get fined.
What these pricks fail to realise is say i'm in a 40 zone, i'll get nailed for doing 42 so f**k it i do 50+ - still going to get a 60 quid fine and 3 points so I might as well give it some beans.

probably not if your speed was within 10% of the limit. But these cameras can detect up to a range of 1000 metres

a speeding offence is created at any speed over the posted limit, so you may well get a ticket, especially as you say you were slowing down.... from what speed?
Generally however there is a 10% plus 1mph tolerance given so in a 30 limit you would not usually be punished below 34, but that is only general guidance

If the camera is in an accident black spot, then the chances are you are caught!
if not, then you may be lucky! All depends where it happened!
Ignore the first summons, to many cameras for admin to catch up on the second one!
Saying that, I know someone who ignored the 3rd! he got away with it!
Down to the luck of the draw!

UK law means that you are allowed the speed limit +10% so in a 30mph limit you would not be prosecuted unless you were doing 34mph. It depends on the accuracy of your speedo and the speed you were doing when the camera captured you, not when you looked at your speedo.

10% over the speed limit allows the cops to pull you over, but you have to be going 15% over the speed limit to get a ticket
