Oh goodness, yes! I would love to have a baby. All I want to do is be a mom. But like you said, I just don't feel ready. All these thought pop into my mind like "I won't be a good mom. I CAN'T be!" I think that you can sit and think and think and think about something until it just makes you sick. I also think that things happen for a reason, and if you have a baby, then ready or not! you'll do fine. Everyone does. If you're thinking about it like this, that means that you are think about being a good mom.
And don't think that you need to be totally and completely ready. I think that rarely is anyone totally and completey free of fear about being pregnant. I dont have an answer for your question, but all I can say is to be brave, and don't rely too heavily on asking yourself questions. If you would love to have a baby, then have one!
Ask your mom. She'll tell you. Mom's always tell you what you want to hear.

Wow! What a difficult issue, i am dealing with the same problem myself! I want to be pregnant, and i want to have a baby.....but after the baby...i mean, i am not sure that i am ready for the whole 24/7 rest of my life commitment. Try searching for books of questions to consider before becoming a parent, that should kinda set u straight a bit. Also, i mean pregnancy isn't all fun and games, think about all of the sickness and all of the worrying because u have something living inside of you. Hope that helps.

Nope, it doesn't matter what age, it doesn't matter what hindrance. I don't suppose like you're ever one hundred% competent. Our first used to be a shock and on the time we have been 18. We are 21 now and our moment youngster used to be deliberate, I am quite apprehensive for our moment, although she used to be deliberate. My husband isn't apprehensive in any respect, cross determine! lol I am extra apprehensive approximately dealing with a youngster and baby. I am no longer apprehensive approximately being financially competent when you consider that we might have no longer attempted if we might no longer find the money for our moment. The handiest rough aspect is saving close to $4500 for maternity go away.

Pregnany isn't that great. But my sister in law said it made life easier sometimes. Don't take this offensly but I think you're ready to be a mom, just scared a labor&delivery. When you have the baby you'll go into instant mom mode. Just make sure you're finacially stable and emotinally prepared for things that might go wrong as they have in many pregnancies, becasue my sister in law's baby had to have surgery.

Well... you should really think about it? What if your friend is trying to ruin your life. You should maybe take care of another persons baby for a couple of days and see how it goes. If you don't think it might work then don't have one!!

Nope. The two are combined together. I could understand if someone wanted to be a parent, but not pregnant and adopt, but not the other way around.

trust me being pregnant isn't all its cracked up to be sure you get to feel your little baby grow inside of you and you get to feel it kick.. but you also get morning sickness, fatigue like really tired you feel like you haven't slept for days, hormones everywhere. honestly i would much rather fast foward to october and have my baby out of my belly and in my arms. lol
