How much can i sue for If I was bit by a dog twice and then later that day after the cops went to the house bit someone else?? It had no records no tags. It was a huge german shep

What did the bite cost you? If it cost you nothing, there is nothing to sue for.

I am sitting here-wondering-why would you not avoid the dog after the first time the dog bit you?

Depends.. were you on the dogs turf or was he on yers.. My Old style pom (30 lbs worth) and the aussie shepard would tear yer *** up if you were here uninvited.. but neither would go after you if you werent on my property ... hell I'd bite you myself if you were here uninvited (OK I'm strange.. and yes i do bite.. you bettcha.. I have references to that fact)

You could sue the owner, if you knew who that was.

If there's no owner, then there is nobody to sue.
