ok I live in the city called the meth capitol of the U.S. now this is per cappita the town I live in is relitivly safe conidering its got around fifty thousand people. but we have no womans self defence programs outside of the collage. I want to strart one but have not the funds to do so. First is it possible and seond how if it is

Look for a YMCA or civic center in your town they will either have a class or they may be willing to let you use a room to teach a class.

you just start up by deciding how what ,when,then advertise it and have it.then you can figure out how t fund it!try searching non profit agencies,ask your local police deptment for help,i am sure they can tell you how to get started!and i am sure they will be happy to help if they can!
