All the proof that is needed is intent, and that has been demonstrated. If there are no prior offenses, the person may be able to weasel out of it. Not a good idea to advertise a criminal activity. The problem here is that good folks get it for free, and bad folks pay. May get more than rent money, honey.

It is considered soliciting prostitution. In most places it is illegal.
Also, did you know that if you are found guilty of a crime involving prostitution, you must register as a sex offender. Not a good idea.

Its called solicitation for prostitution, right? Dont people go to jail for it?

Why? Are you advertising?

Yes you can. IT depends on who catches it and how the judge feels. It's like putting an ad in the paper saying sex for money. Thats why they are hidden as escort services.

People have done that, and gotten into trouble.

It's solicitation to commit a crime, which is itself a crime.
