~The new industry creates jobs so workers can earn income so they can pay taxes, which in turn can be used to build schools and hire teachers and buy books - all of which is a total waste of money because the workers' kids will be too lazy to use the books or other learning and research tools and will turn to dolts like me for homework help rather than to do their own and maybe learn something. That, in turn, will guarantee the industrialists will have an endless supply of drones to keep the factories operating.

1.) A new industry creates several new jobs for people who live in the region.

2.) Any new industry in a community creates revenue that goes, more times than not, directly back into that community.

These are the main two advantages that come from a new industry in relation to workers and the community. I hope this helps.
