Technically, a soliloquy is said alone on stage, so Lady Macbeth and Kate's speeches don't count. Lots of modern text plays have soliloquies in them, but they're not my forte, so I'll give you a few from Shakespeare.

Ophelia has one, late in Hamlet:

O, what a noble mind is here o'erthrown!
The courtier's, soldier's, scholar's, eye, tongue, sword;
The expectancy and rose of the fair state,
The glass of fashion and the mould of form,
The observed of all observers, quite, quite down!
And I, of ladies most deject and wretched,
That suck'd the honey of his music vows,
Now see that noble and most sovereign reason,
Like sweet bells jangled, out of tune and harsh;
That unmatch'd form and feature of blown youth
Blasted with ecstasy: O, woe is me,
To have seen what I have seen, see what I see!

And Viola has a comic one in Twelfth Night:

I left no ring with her: what means this lady?
Fortune forbid my outside have not charm'd her!
She made good view of me; indeed, so much,
That sure methought her eyes had lost her tongue,
For she did speak in starts distractedly.
She loves me, sure; the cunning of her passion
Invites me in this churlish messenger.
None of my lord's ring! why, he sent her none.
I am the man: if it be so, as 'tis,
Poor lady, she were better love a dream.
Disguise, I see, thou art a wickedness,
Wherein the pregnant enemy does much.
How easy is it for the proper-false
In women's waxen hearts to set their forms!
Alas, our frailty is the cause, not we!
For such as we are made of, such we be.
How will this fadge? my master loves her dearly;
And I, poor monster, fond as much on him;
And she, mistaken, seems to dote on me.
What will become of this? As I am man,
My state is desperate for my master's love;
As I am woman,--now alas the day!--
What thriftless sighs shall poor Olivia breathe!
O time! thou must untangle this, not I;
It is too hard a knot for me to untie!

And finally, there's no reason to limit yourself to female soliloquies, just because you're a girl. Shakespeare wrote mostly for men because that's what he had to work with. What would Hamlet or Claudius or Macbeth have been like had Shakespeare had a woman to write for? Do one of their monologues, and play it as a woman. Be insightful.

The following is a cut and paste directly from Wiki:

Molly Bloom's soliloquy is presented in the eighteenth, and final, chapter of James Joyce's novel Ulysses.... The final words of Molly's reverie, and the very last words of the book, are:

"...I was a Flower of the mountain yes when I put the rose in my hair like the Andalusian girls used or shall I wear a red yes and how he kissed me under the Moorish wall and I thought well as well him as another and then I asked him with my eyes to ask again yes and then he asked me would I yes to say yes my mountain flower and first I put my arms around him yes and drew him down to me so he could feel my breasts all perfume yes and his heart was going like mad and yes I said yes I will Yes. "

You might also want to try something by our good friend William Shakespeare. There are many, many examples but I include only one.

Kate's final soliloquy in 'The Taming of the Shrew' - In Act 5 Scene 2 she chastises her newly-married sister, Bianca, for refusing to do as her husband bids her, explaining:

'Thy husband is thy lord, thy life, thy keeper,
Thy head, thy sovereign; one that cares for thee,
And for thy maintenance; .......
And craves no other tribute at thy hands
But love, fair looks, and true obediance -
Too little payment for so great a debt.'
