Hi my sincere suggestion is that u just concentrate on ur project as well as communication,aptitude skills being a freshers u will be asking in interviews majorly about ur project and C,C++(little bit) and ur favourate subjects.
don't be in hurry to learn advanced technologies, if u really interested u can learn advanced technologies u first choose which category ur interested(VLSI,Web based(java,.net...),SAP,Datbase so on...)and don't forget to take suggestion of ur seniors who have already settled...

You must finish one course at a time. And yes, doing MBA will help you. Do it after you have completed Electronic Comm. course. By that time things will be more clear to you as well.

if u score good percentage in ur B.E , thats enough .

also good commn skills, basic knowledge in c, c++ , skills in aptitude will fetch u a job.

note: there is not mandatory to do computer course . coz soft companies sees our academic skills & only aptitude & atttitude. they itself giving training to selected canditates . my advice do ur academics well.

U can go for ASP.net or java or data warehousing SAP is good for mechanical and bank employees.

there are somany options available. you can choose for appliation/web develpoment, system development or/and
network administration. right now s/w market is good for Java,.Net, SAP, Oracle, testing, datawarehousing and etc....
you can choose based on your intrest.
