maybe do some research on mideval meals and try to make them as best you can old fashioned and bring them in as a demonstration. and maybe dress up and talk as best you can like that. maybe do a timeline of how things changed what stayed the same, housing, farming, status. watch a night's tale with Heath ledger for costume ideas and stutus'. good luck. any information help use www.wikipedia.org. love that site real easy to use.
