maybe do some research on mideval meals and try to make them as best you can old fashioned and bring them in as a demonstration. and maybe dress up and talk as best you can like that. maybe do a timeline of how things changed what stayed the same, housing, farming, status. watch a night's tale with Heath ledger for costume ideas and stutus'. good luck. any information help use www.wikipedia.org. love that site real easy to use.

the thing that makes period projects so fascinating are how they relate to how we do things now and our average everyday life issues ,so i sent you some information along those lines .the food time line and historical cookbook .but medicines,social issues and music are all fascinating or just add something to what you write about
