my baby was sleeping today and he had his arm twisted back
and he started screaming and then he was cranky the whole day

he might have slept on it wrong and put a cramp in his arm. i know it hurts when i do it. my son sleeps crazy like that and he's fine. but if you worry a lot call his pediatrician and ask him or on call nurse if after hours.

Give it another day and see if he's still cranky. Also note whether you find his arm in an odd position while he's awake or if he doesn't move it as much. Call your doc if you're unsure.

If the baby is well fed and has No wet diaper or rash and does not have a history of colic, then usually he has hurt himself.

sounds like a injury take him to the hospitle to be sure it is not partly out of place could be dangerious if it is.

oh god, take him to the hospital, he can't very well say "mom I think I broke my arm" if you wait it could make him a cripple forever.
