Im going to a 15 yr. olds birthday party. She is rich so its gonna be formal. All I have to wear are Black dressy pants and a dressy button up shirt. Would that be considered formal?

if it's that formal and you want to impress the ladies, i'd go all out. at least you could borrow a tie, or mabye find a local thrift shop where suits are a dime a dozen. wear a tie at the very least. be sure to shave, floss, fix your hair, and wear black socks with black shoes if your are also wearing black pants.

I would say that is more than good enough for a 15yo party. Have fun!
