I was sitting in the sand with my cell, my laptop and a styrofoam food container when a hobo with a brown bag and backpack walked up to me. In the background I could see a skyline and a bridge. He sat in the sand with me and we talked. I don't remember what he was talking about but it was very interesting. He got up to leave and I told him thanks for stopping by. He said sure. I did the peace sign [not a deuce but like a 70's peace sign] and he stuck out his left hand for me to shake it. I did the same and he injected me with a needle...I was astonished and woke up...

It really scared me...I dunno why but what does it mean?

I would be scared of that one too!

I wish I could help you but in truth only you can decipher your own dreams. This is fact. However I will tell you what I know about dreams. There are different kinds of dreams. Every interpreter has a different way of grouping them. I find this way works for me.

1.There are prophetic dreams where you see the future. For example, the dreams Joseph saw and took to Pharaoh. They are always in colour and action follows a logical sequence.

2.There are release dreams. These dreams are the most confusing of all. Chaotic, preposterous, disturbing. Emotional exhaling. They are the most necessary dreams because through release dreams we dispose of everyday mental and emotional garbage that we collect. Some are silly but many can be nightmares. Despite the stress, they are important for us. Good way to work out fear angers frustration and stress. Without nightmares, btw, we would easily all end up crazy. Usually they are jumbles of images and as turbulent as the negativity they are helping one dispose of.

3.There are wish dreams. These are just as the name says. We dream of what we want or think we want and usually awaken from them with a feeling of satisfaction.

4.There are information and problem-solving dreams. You fall asleep chewing on a problem and wake up knowing the solution. Or know something we could not have known before we went to sleep. The advice “Sleep on it” is very valid. Did you know the Theory of Relativity came to Einstein in a dream? Or that Mozart received his compositions while he slept? The invention of the light bulb and the sewing machine also came from dreams. Dr. Salk got his ideas for the polio vaccine in a dream as did Stevenson when he created Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

5.There are astral visiting dreams. These are usually telepathic dreams or astral travel dreams.

Only you know for sure, but that sounds like a release dream.

Lucid dreams can be any of the five types above. When a dream is lucid, you realize within the dream that you are dreaming. When this happens, you can take control of the dream.

I went through a few months where I dreamt of houses. Always houses. I would awaken remembering the feel of each house, the light, the curtains, the colours, everything, including the people I met in the dream. I knew only a few actually. When I checked into the symbolism of houses, it said that to dream of a house is to dream of making changes.

Dreams relating to a house often refer to various aspects of the Self. When trying to analyze the house in your dreams, consider also how the house is kept and the condition of it. The rooms in the house relates to facets of your personality. To see a house in your dream represents your own soul and self. Specific rooms in the house indicate a specific aspect of your psyche. In general, the attic represents your intellect; the basement represents the unconscious, etc

To dream that you are entering through a door signifies new opportunities that will be presented before you. You are entering into a new stage in your life, moving from one level of consciousness to another. In particular, a door that opens to the outside, signifies your need to be more accessible to others, whereas a door that opens into the inside, denotes your desire for inner exploration and self-discovery. I speak a lot of houses here simply to show you all the ways a house can be interpreted in a dream.

If there is something startling in a dream it is usually your reaction to the creature more than the creature itself that is most relevant. Almost all people have different interpretations of most symbols; it is up to you to remember how you felt when you saw the thing.

Keep a pen and pad close beside your bed so that you can write the details of your dream down immediately. They disappear like smoke in the breeze the moment you take your first stretch. Now your memory was good here but you need to get it better.

Was the tide in or out? Could you hear the ocean? Could you feel the sun? Were there clouds in the sky? Was the skyline distant or close? Was it across the water? Was the bridge dominant in the image or just a small thing in the distance? Was there traffic on the bridge? Boats on the water?

Was the hobo a wise man? Just a broken down old guy?

What I am trying to figure him out. And what the stabbing means. The rest is fun to remember but that is key. Did you awaken right after that? I would imagine you would with your heart pumping a bit hard.

The meaning of the dream depends on its action, and all the details should be carefully thought about, but here are some general meanings: To dream of giving food, money or help of any kind to a hobo predicts a rise in your social status, but if you refused to give help you will have to work harder and have smaller rewards than you hoped. If you dream of being menaced, followed or threatened by a hobo, then uneasy times are ahead. This last dream can also mean you are running away from repressed feelings that make you uncomfortable.

I hope this helps you a little.

Is there someone that you trust but are not sure if you should? Maybe it's about you knowing that the person is there with you, talks to you and makes you feel good but deep inside you know you shouldn't trust them and that they may actually hurt you. I'm just guessing. I could be wrong!

Your dream means that you should never date Woody Allen or Jimmy Buffet.

If you don't know who either of them is, then never mind.

Rock on. Yep.
