If you're in the cave of trials (the one with 50 levels) depending on how far you've gotten. I suggest the big metal ball thing.

If you're sly, you can use the Mortal Draw on them....but that's really hard. You can just try to beat them normally with your sword, or chuck bombs at them. Whatever you do, DON'T AGGRO A GROUP OF THEM! Also, keep in mind that they have a limited range in which they'll chase you. You can run away from them and they'll walk back to their original positions before too long. Take advantage of this to stab them in the back!
Later, you'll get a Weapon of Mass Destruction (you'll know what I mean when you get it) that will allow you to easily take out ReDead from a distance without using any kind of ammo!

You gotta take them out fast, otherwise you'll get paralyzed by the scream. Quick stabs with the sword or a bomb arrow should do the trick.
