In many households, people think in terms of other units. So very roughly, 200 grams of water = 200 cc volume, and 1 fluid ounce = about 30 cc, so 200 grams is about 7 fluid ounces. This is slightly less than one cup volume. You should be able to figure out something that is about a cup-ful.
