My guess would be both. they would take over the patient making a 911 call for a doc to take over. I am sure they would have an extra hand or two, to try to help the "dead" doc until more help gets there. But the patient would come first, still a hard call.

Well since the doctor was dead, I think they would stick to the patient that is still alive....at least I hope they would. Good question though!

If the physician became ineffective, theres no longer lots which would be carried out to boot dragging him to the morgue. If he's only loss of life, then he may be rushed to the ER or ask your self trauma, on a similar time as the surgeons (who wouldnt be waiting to help lots besides) might only proceed the surgical treatment.
