It is good for hair and skin. There are a lot of hair and skin products that are made with pure olive oil and are very good for you. My sister rubs some on her hair daily and it is so shiny, beautiful and long. I'm trying it next!

It is great for both.

The key is too make sure you clear your hair folicles and your pores properly to avoid build up.

Any type of oil can clog your skin , so just make sure to use small amounts and clean your skin properly.

for hair it would make it sleek and kinda shiny but umm just a little stickky lol

as skin lotion it would make you break out if applied to face but every where else it would be ok
