1. About the role that Cricket selection committee does.
2. Who decides which player will have a place in the team.
3. Does Cricket selection committe selects the player or coach and team captain selects the player.

They select players from all over a country for a tour not a match

Players are selected by the Selection Committee based on the performance in the domestic tournaments as well as international tournaments. While Coach and Captain can express their views and options, it will not be binding on the selection committee and their decision will be final.
