Have (or get) documented evidence and/or witnesses' testimonies. Then go to the local police and sign out an arrest warrant for harrassment or even assault. Make sure you have documented the times you went to the administrators and what their responses were. Contact the superintendent of the school district and inform hi/her of the situation and possible lawsuit for failure to protect your child.

Contact the coordinator, or administrator, who is at the district level and who supervises your child's grade level. For example, the Elementary Coordinator. Next, ask for an appointment with the Superintendent. Next, speak before the school board and ask for resolution.

Take your child over to meet with the bully's parents and let them know what is going on and how long it has been going on and if they can't come up with a way for the 2 children to get along, you will have to get the law involved.

I agree with math teacher. dont move your child outta the school because of one kid, that kid should be arrested, or atleast have the cops show up at his door, or during one of his classes, should teach him a lesson, that he might not soon forget
