What is this folder: ante bias phone warn?

I can't get rid of it. I know its holds some kind of virus and its opening programs somehow and re-downloading itself after I delete it. I don't know how to get rid of it permanently. I'm not sure if it is also opening 2 of my IEXPLORE.exe programs but I think it is. HELP!

never heard of it before....

Try connecting to http://housecall.trendmicro.com to run a free online virus scan. Clean anything it finds.
Also download and install spybot search and destroy from http://www.spybot.info After installation run a spyware scan.

Do you have antivirus software running? Is the program up-to-date?
