If it does, the article is all but saying Zimbabwe is about to explode into a massive civil conflict because some old fart can't take criticism. The leaders of opposition groups are fleeing to bring the spotlight of international attention in hopes that Zimbabwe's neighbours and/or other countries can brow beat the old fart into stepping down.
