I had a thick mucus discharge today, could this be my plug? and if so what has been everyone's experiences with time till labour starts?

It varies with everyone, and with every pregnancy. It was weeks for me after that happened, every little sign is exciting and gets you more impatient. Some people go soon after that, but there is no telling. Once that baby comes time will just fly by.

I lost my mucus plug on a thursday afternoon and i went into labor that following Saturday around 11:30 PM...

I lost my mucus plug..then 2 weeks later I was in labor. It varies on each women. Congratz tho because this is one of the signs that labor is on the way.

True..it's your mucus plug. But it means nothing about you going into labor. Some women lose it a month before they deliver. Sorry it doesn't mean more!

You can lose the mucus plug at anytime before labor, even several weeks before labor. So it's not a reliable predictor at all of when it will start.

It probably is your plug. I'd say you could go within the next 3 days or tonight! It wont be long now.

more than likely its your mucous plug yes. that means you will be going into labour shortly. Congrats!
