No clue what a statenine point is but you can make an appointment to talk to a school official and plead your case. Tell that this this school is essential to your future success, that you've dreamed about going there for years, that everything in your life points to this place etc etc. I'm sure that you'll think of something persuasive. Be polite, professional and personable.
