Are there any programs (free ones) that allow one to create their own animated cards?

... using their own .gifs or whatever... and making a very personalized e-card? I used to have one, but can't remember the name.

I recently found a site called customshorts.com
for online greeting cards...its pretty neat. You use your own images and create your own animated movie.

I believe its address is www.halmark.com. Go there and the site will direct you to its animated card program and they are free and some are very cute I know my wife showed me.
