4-Chloro-hydroxy-benzene reacts as a weak acid with aqueous Sodium hydroxide giving the Sodium salt and water.

4-Cl-C6H4OH (s) + NaOH (aq) --> 4-Cl-C6H4ONa (aq) + H2O (l)
