Yes,and Mao-tse Tung.They had more time and were less discriminating about who they killed,so they racked up higher numbers.Yes,let's debate who was more ethical in their genocides,get real,a bully is a bully.The facts are there for anybody to discover.There is no moral high ground in genocide.
