i would try going to a middle eastern or muslim store, i think they supply it year round

Depends on in which you reside. If there may be an indian part of the town close you that might be a first-rate location to begin. Be certain you get well henna, persons promote crumby stuff and it is not cool.

I dont live in St.Louis but i can tell u this much, try visiting an Indian or Pakistani store. Most likely they will carry it.
