mostly mate, its to do with your own body and its workings,i reckon if you start off on crunches, then after a coupla months, hook into sit ups, by the end of the mointh, you should feel the handle bars drop off you.alternately, plenty of antioxidents, fruit in your diet, try and lay off the carbs, and lastly ,buy you one of those big, gym balls,so you can do your hip exercises alot more and it feels alot easier,in no time ,youll be jumping into that bikini, and shakin dat ***......
down bondi beach, australia, anyway good luck catch you up

if you want to lose that bellyfat, you have to lose overall bodyfat. Think of it as a onion, you have to keep peeling away the layers until you can see the core, thats how fat works.

Whenever you lose body fat your body will redistribute the fat. Spot-reduction is a myth. So no matter how many crunches you do, the fat will still be there unless you lost alot of fat and quick.

Instead try this:
- control your eating habits:
eating oatmeal or alot of protein in the morning will keep you fuller for longer
- start weightlifting, every pound of muscle burns up to 30-40 more calories then evry pound of fat.
- do alot of cardio: running
- Jumproping you can lose 100 calories in 10 minutes!
- drink alot of water.

add this to your schedule and I garantee washboard abs.
