something for her not the baby but for her to show how much you love and appreciate her

i knew this guy when his wife had the baby he got her a gift and on the child's birthday he always gives mom a gift and flower thanking her for giving him a child

Anything that will allow her to be pampered. Maybe a gift certificate to a spa that offers prenatal massages. Or just take her out to one of her favorite resturants and then do the pampering yourself. Spend the whole day focused on her and only her. Right now her world is revolving around that little baby growing inside of her, so you can give her a day and let the world revolve around her.

Definitely a pregnancy massage!!!! Most good spas offer special packages for pregnant women. Take her to the spa for the massage, then spring for a manicure and pedicure and then take her out to lunch after. I'm am sure that will quickly lift her spirits and make her feel good. It's very nice of you to recognize that she is having a rough time and want to help!

Well where I come From ( Canada ) A SPA won't even touch you if you are pregnant Because it can put you INTO LABOUR! Especially the foot Massage because it cause Labour! I would totally leave a spa treatment out of the Questions, why don't you look into something you can do as a couple that would show her you appreciate her for caring your child! Like a 3D Ultrasound! Which are extremely awesome because it's something you can cherish forever

That's easy...a massage, a pedicure and the best part....you give it to her! Really do it up and make it fun. Go all out in salts and warm water. Try Victoria Secret's warm foot scrub (LOVE IT!) and just pamper her. Go buy a couple different nail polishes you'd think she'd like and have her choose one. We all know men can't do toe nails; but it is so cute watching ya'll try! Anyway, use your imangination and have fun!

I think she would like to have a romantic dinner out or at home then have a back rub, foot rub with some lavender smelling lotion or oil, buy her her favorite snack that she craves and rent a movie she likes and just relax. Pretty much just spoil her by pampering her

Ditto on the spa idea!!! Anything that will bring comfort--foot massages, back massages, and related items. Make sure that whatever it is will not hurt the baby (ie, she can't use a heated massaging pad during pregnancy). Flowers are always thoughtful :)

I ordered my best friend a charm bracelet at the begining of her pregnancy. The bracelet came with 9 charms (bottle, pacifier, etc.) The purpose was to add a charm each month until the baby was born...the ninth charm was a baby. It was really neat, and she absolutely loved it. She wore it all the time, and at her shower.. everyone gave her so many compliments on it.

Personally when I am pregnant I feel insecure and sad because I am so grumpy and fat and tired. If her symptoms are like mine, I would appreciate a hand written love note... way better then a boughten gift

foot massage, spa related, or someting to get her excited about the baby, have the ultrasound pic framed..that would lift my spirits and win my heart
my hubby gave me a foot massage every day for the last 5 months..didn't have to be long, just a way of saying thankyou for carrying our child!
