Just because his mother abandoned him doesnt mean that people , like the zoo keeper have to.

As far as I understand, the zoo authorities have decided yesterday to hand-rear the bear cub.
It is humane that the animal babies are not to be killed. It is enough that we have already done to kill them (by global warming, deforestation, poaching etc.)

I know, that poor little polar bear! I don't understand what the big hoopla is over that little one. I have seen many cases where zoo animals abandoned by their parent are helped by the zoo officials. What's the deal??

in the wild, it makes sense. sometimes the population is too big to flourish, bit in zoos, that dont make no sense.
