I recommend you think of your dream vacation and then walk your way through the steps while drifting in and out of sleep (if you can). It's a lovely way to fall asleep and then you often dream the vacation you look forward to.

Take a nice hot bath and don't get your hair wet,Put on some super mellow music.preferably no lyrics..make yourself some strong chammomile tea sweetened with just a little honey.light some candles, not too many keep the lights at a minimum...have a nice warm towel waiting when you get out of the bath. Try to have all your chores done for the evening so when you get out of the bath you don't have any thing else to do.While your in the bath you need to shut your mind off and think of nothing except relaxing...or focus yourself in the most serene surroundings you can think of...stay in there for at least 20 min.keeping the water hot ... dry off not to fast.. and get into bed and stay in that peaceful surrounding you made now sleep like you never have slept before keep your pace slow and peacefull

I had a dream last night that I was holding a baby. I'm not usually all googoo gaga over kids, but I had such a warm feeling when I held it. I know that it was love. I've never felt such love for anything in my life. I can't wait to have kids!!! Think of the best, warmest feeling that you have ever had, and just sink into it.

Maybe visualize yourself on your favourite sort of holiday, depending on your taste ie: laying at the beach with your favourite beverage in your hand, listening to the waves, or maybe you might be more of a bungy jumper or would like to go and watch the bull fighting in Spain. Although I am not sure the last to suggestions are realing sleep provoking ones. Good luck with your snoozing.

a good dream is you swimming with the person u like and then you realize that you are getting closer and closer and youre staring eachother in the eyes and as you geet increasingly closer you find yourself kissing, and then you can keep it going from there

my nefue (did i spell it right?) have the same thing, her doctor said she should never sleeps afternoon, and should do excercises and stuff, eventually, she is asleep before 22:00.
