By the way, this is not supposed to be a sentence. It SHOULD be a fragment!!

That does not make sense. What of her political view?

It is missing something -- it is only part of a sentence. It's hard to guess the rest of what you're trying to say, but here's an example.

This book details the author's memories of the Dachau concentration camp and her political view of Nazism.

That is not a sentence. Where are your verbs?
Perhaps you meant:

This is the author's memorial of Dachau camp and her political view of Nazism.

You don't need a comma before the and since you don't have a new subject and verb in the second half of this fragment.

This is a fragment, not a complete sentence. And "Dachau Concentration Camp" should be capitalized. No comma necessary.

do no longer positioned a comma after Korean, it incredibly is optionally available yet makes your sentence look over punctuated. It sounds slightly awkward, i might recommend "and familiar with grammar syntax."

You do not need the , after camp. It is alright after you take that out.

I would replace 'memorial' with 'memoirs'. If 'memorial' is to be retained, then I would replace 'of' by 'to'.
