Positive unity does not evoke the Judgment, is entertained in the Will as possibility or actuality or actual possibility. Negative unity is Will subsumed in the Judgment. Nothingness is the possibility for negative and positive, negative or positive and neither.

Unity is the state of being in unison or harmony. For this to occur there must be something, a presence, an object or a perception.
Nothingness is the state of having nothing, zero, without substance or presence. Nothingness cannot have unity due to the fact that it has nothing with with can be unified. The only way that nothingness can be said to have unity is if the nothingness is considered as a whole, and as a subset of a larger concept. For example the nothingness of sapce is unified. However this Nothingness if a subset of the concept of the unverse and all the almost empty space it contains.
Hope this helps.

unity sucks dont try it and it wont matter
I guess its unity if there is a larger setting where the united thing can be used. like if i have a mound of playdo its all united since its an object that works in a different way from my shoe which is near the playdo. If the whole universe is a mound of playdo there is nothing. What does playdo mean if there is nothing to compare it to?

That depends on what you mean by "unity".
If there is only one thing - everything - then that one thing is indistinguishable from no thing - nothing.
