Certain ones can hurt the baby, yes. You need to find out if you are so they can prescribe safer ones for you. Make sure the doc that is ordering them knows about the possiblity.

Yes it is safe to take anti-depressants. I know for a fact that Zoloft is safe to take. Sometimes though you will find out that you don't need the medication while your pregnant.
I needed to take Zoloft for depression but once I got pregnant, I noticed that my hormones all leveled out and I didn't need to take them any more. You might find that it could happen to you also.
Good luck.

Some are okay to take during pregnancy but I would suggest calling the doctor who prescribed them and make sure before you start taking them. I was put on Lexapro with my first pregnancy because of anxiety and depression. Call first.

I have heard yes, they can. They can affect the baby, as well as you. But ultimately, whether or not you take them depends on the severity of your depression. If you cannot get by day-to-day without them, then you might be better with them. But keep in mind they can have negative long-term effects on you and your baby. Personally, I prefer different approaches to depression--counciling, therapy, spirituality, nutrition, exercize, ect. No, I'm not a scientologist, but I'm very skeptical about depression meds.

Palmer's Cocoa Butter Cream, my mom used it, my aunts, my cousin- it worked wonders for all of them! you're able to desire to apply it a pair circumstances an afternoon and gently artwork it into the stretch marks, even though it works. For the cellulite you ought to apply clever firming Cream, that is in basic terms a moisturizing cream that tones the cellulits so that is not any longer "dishevelled", only greater tight. appreciate being pregnant ;-)

Hi,
You need to confirm if you are pregnant or not. If you are, speak to your doc. Don't take any medication unless approved by your doc.
The ones you have now may not be good but doc may be able to prescribe a good one.
Good luck

You should definitely take a pregnancy test before starting any new med. If it does come out + then call your ob/gyn. There are certain drugs that you can not take. Most antidepressants are not allowed during pregnancy.

I was taking Prozac prior to my pregnancy, and the doctor told me that it was fine to continue taking it. I made the decision myself to quit taking it during my pregnancy.
