Mild anxiety and stress. You're seeing the professor laid bare for what he is. You don't feel like you're really learning much from him. You're staying after because you feel like you missing something and want to get more out of it.
Sitting on the toilet is a metaphor for what you're feeling about the value you're getting from the class.
You can't find your car, you want to escape, but don't know how. The school is ugly because you're not satisfied. It's not your "real" school because it doesn't meet your expectations of what you thought school was going to be like. You feel desperate, but are at a loss as to how to make the most of your education.
An education is a time for you to learn. You get out of it, exactly what you put into it.
You just need to adjust your expectations.
Good luck!

Your subconscious is possibly feeling insecure (shirtless professor/toilet), alone (most of the class leaves) and frustrated (lost car is a classic for this.) Has anything in your life happened lately that might cause you to feel this way? (Not just major occurrences - even little things can have a great effect, especially if they are pushed aside for a while.)
I know this isn't exactly an in-depth analysis, but it's the best I can do with the information you gave.
Hope you can find some serenity in your life. Good luck!

Finding yourself naked, partially naked or in some similarly embarrassing situation at school is a VERY, VERY common subject of dreams. Although Sigmund Freud devoted much study to the topic of dream interpretation, it's very possible, and is my firm belief, that dreams may have no meaning whatsoever.
It's widely accepted that everyone should have at least eight hours of sleep a night. This isn't really necessary for the human body though; the body can effectively go for quite some time without sleep, so long as food, water and rest (not necessarily sleep) are supplied, the cardiovascular, muscular and respiratory systems are all fine.
We sleep because, generally speaking, the cognitive, logic and short-term memory areas of the brain need to readjust. This is why, in my opinion, all the day-to-day business, characters, faces and activities, as well as all the random thoughts you may have while laying in bed before falling asleep sort of all mesh together and mingle with your internalized principles, fears and other life experiences during what we call dreaming.

You have some self esteem issue.
Basically you are seeking for respect socially and yet you do not find it and therefore you vent this out in dream. The following is explanation
Class = social life
Professor was shirtless... = seeking attention
Your pants were down = seeking attention
On a toilet seat = privacy
Can't find your car = losing focus, objectives
In other words, somehow your privacy was being invaded in real life and you are trying to seeking for attention, approval no matter how. Projecting pictures like shirtless, pants down shows the need for attention. Unable to find your car symbolize the need to be motivated. You probably have difficulities in being respected in social life.

The distorted school and classroom might mean a change in opinion of atmosphere. Depending on the teacher it could mean a feeling of comfort, desire, or disgust. The 2/3 of the class leaving could mean abandonment or small opinion. The toilet could mean embarassment or comfort. Not being able to find your car might mean a loss of mobility or escape.
This is all assumption.

School
To dream that you are in school, signifies feelings of inadequacy and childhood insecurities that have never been resolved. It may relate to anxieties about performance and abilities. You may also be going through a "spiritual learning" experience. If you are still in school and dream about school, then it will naturally serve as a backdrop to your dream world. Alternatively, a dream that takes place in school may be a metaphor for the lessons that you are learning from your waking life.
High School
To dream about high school, refers to the bounds and friendships that you made while you were in high school. What spiritual lessons have you learned? The dream may also be telling you that you need to start preparing for the real world.
To dream that you have to repeat high school, suggests that you are doubting your accomplishments and the goals that you have already completed. You feel that you may not be measuring up to the expectation of others. The dream may occur because some recent situation may have awakened old anxieties and insecurities.
Teacher
To see your teacher (past or present) in your dream, suggests that you are seeking some advice, guidance, or knowledge. You are heading into a new path in life and ready to learn by example or from a past experience. Consider your own personal experiences with that particular teacher. What subject was taught? Alternatively, it may relate to issues with authority and seeking approval. You may going through a situation in your waking life where you feel that you are being treated like a student or in which you feel you are being put to a test.
Distress
To dream that you or others are in distress, suggest that things will turn out better than you expected. You will find that all your worries were for nothing and need to lighten up. TOP
Toilet
To see a toilet in your dream, symbolizes a release of emotions or getting rid of something in your life that is useless. If you are cleaning the toilet, then it means that you are starting to shed your shell or lose your inhibitions.
To see a clogged toilet in your dream, signifies that you are holding in and keeping your feelings to yourself. Your emotions have been pent up too long.
To see an overflowing toilet in your dream, denotes your desires to fully express your emotions.

You feel exposed to your peers, as you are changing into the person you will become. And you are noticing them growing up around you. Sometimes these changes make the people around you unrecognizable. Your Professors are already open about who they are, to you and your class. The loss of half your class and your car could be you growing out of some of the little things in your life and the "vehicles" in which you used to get by in life. You could be trying to hang onto the past, (the desperate feeling).
This dream could be you telling yourself to let go of the things that don't matter now.

When I dream about being on a toilet I usually need to go to the bathroom or I have terrible stomachache..But it could mean that you need to get rid of unwanted waste in your life. The professor is just another male aspect in your life.Apart of yourself trying to get the message of balance with the male energy. The toilet definitely means need to flush something out of your life. Not being able to find your car may mean you need to use another way of transporting or vocalizing a belief, or a change in thinking patterns...Dreams are tough but we dream at least 1\3 of our lives. I believe they have messages for us,I keep a dream diary ,and try to see if I can make any sense out of it all.I also invested in a dream book, a guide to interpreting dreams ,there are so many of these out there don't spend allot of $$$ on them and you can decide for yourself what these dreams can mean......Sweet Dreams!!!
