I have to get up at 7:15 every morning, but I seem to be unable to discipline myself to go to bed early even though it's taking a toll on the quality of my work, my parenting patience, and my interpersonal relations. I have a hot date Saturday night, and if I don't get some good sleep I know I'll be a dud for my wonderful bf. Anyone out there who can relate?

Actually, I was thinking about it and it may be because I really gain a lot of insight into the way people in our society think.
Also, I learn a lot about myself by pondering these questions. It's educational, really, and I have always loved learning.

Bless your heart. I was ready to admit my addiction and throw in something about needing human-interaction. Then I read your additional details. Thank you. May I keep that? It is insightful and rewarding. Promise not to use it or take any credit for it ever. It's just for me. What a delightful person you must be. @8-)

In my case my husband works overnights. I shop along with his time table. I in basic terms are available in right here while i'm doing laundry, like now working example. that could be a million:00am & i'm not even achieved with it. If i'm not in right here killing time i'm paying charges, or cleansing some thing. some distance from addicted i'm purely attempting to stay unsleeping on an identical time as i'm getting issues achieved. some human beings have persistent ailment some human beings have ill young toddlers who won't sleep till 3am, some human beings artwork atypical shifts.....many of the rationalization why all people could be on right here at atypical hours.

Girl, I feel your pain! I've been traveling in and out of the U.S for the past six months that when I get the opportunity to spend some time at home my mind is so charged that even though I have to get up early in the morning I still cant go to bed at a proper time. I'm starting college in August, so hopefully by then my body will be used to going to bed before 10pm^^

I'm the same way. I have to be up by 8:00 and be somewhere by 9:00 sharp. I usually tend to stay up late somewhere between 10:00 at night until 1:00 in the morning. Let me say this: you are not alone here.

I've done the same thing, and sometimes have regretted it. Sometimes we just need a release from our day-to-day lives. Answers is perfect--we are concentrating on other people's problems--rather than our own. It is easier to help someone else, than it is to help ourselves, sometimes.
