Study acting for the next 10 to 12 years. Get a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre at college. After that, go to graduate school and get a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Theatre. The MFA degree will look great on your resume, and, if you are a strong actress, you should do well in the industry.

What you need to do is get active with the drama club, take some classes at school, then go to college and major in performing arts.
