Uhh... Generalities of life... Or personal experiences. Music will work too, if you know what you're talking about, not like "OMG -insert singer for band I probably don't like here- is SOOO hott-" And if you get a response like that, tell them they're stupid.
Basically, just write what you're thinking. ***** about stuff.

Mine is usually on unusual news. Go by my 360 and take a look. I usually gleen mine from Drudge, Reuters, Yahoo news, etc.
