You are too trying to be mean, you meanie you, heh.
I think JE is at best a VP candidate for now, I don't think he has been tested enough, too young and unknown, that Jimmy Stewart thing will only get him so far. He will get some major sympathy votes from people who have lost someone to cancer and are undecided though.
But, yea, I am sticking to my prediction that he will never be more than a VP at first. He'll backdoor into the Presidency.
I can't help my twisted humor here, since he talks to dead people, no, I can't continue that joke, I have a little more class than that, but not much . . . (biting tongue)

he'll end up dropping out of the race again like he did when her cancer came back in the last presidential election with John Kerry .He dropped out of the vice president race when her cancer came back once again. He'll get the sympathy and compassion , but feeling sorry for a presidential candidates wife having cancer doesn't sway my vote to put him in office. You've got to prove to me what your platform is and what you can do for this nation and this WAR and our kids future and senior citizens future and social security and medical insurance issues and Rx issues and etc. So show me the platform and how u will care for all your US citizens equally , don't do for the Rich only do for everyone so they all can Prosper and feed there family's and take care of there senior parents. THE END

and you get this from? If his spouse desires for him to proceed his presidential run, that is her prerogative. interior the tip with a bit of luck the main qualified guy wins, it fairly is extra effective than i will say for the present president, you are the only attempting to make the main John Edwards own concern and that is his and particularly his spouse's concern, neither he nor his spouse have asked you on your sympathy so placed a cork on it, you do not prefer to vote for John Edwards: then dont! do not make classless, impertinent and feeble excuses for it.

If anything the opposite will happen. He will lose votes because people will not want to have a first lady who may die in office!

That's a good question. I think he probably will garner more votes because of this....however,maybe it will be because of how he handles this situation. He may reveal his real character thus letting us see his integrity and compassion.
I wish him and his wife all the best!!

Absolutely! He's a narcissist... He made a fortune on his frivilous lawsuits suing OB physicians. Other than the Oprah / Katie crowd, I think people will see him for who he really is

No, I think he will get the vote because he's the best candidate running. That is, if people actually vote for the best...

I dunno, but I never liked Edwards to begin with, and I like him even less for turning this thing into a "political stunt". He won't get my vote, sympathy or otherwise.

Heck no! He needs to be home with his wife!!! Bone cancer is deadly. The man needs to support his wife, not expect her to support him in his long reach. Selfish!
