Let me tell you somthing important, no other country in the world allows immigrants, illegal or otherwise, to become permanant citizens. An illegal immigrant has more rights than an American citizen due to the fact they can nerely fish out numbers in social security, become a "Citizen" and be immune to the law. Immigrants, leagal or otherwise, should not be allowed to become permanant members of the united satates due to the fact that although they create a working union, they also eat at real citizens pockets. In short, illegal immigration must be stopped.

They actually have quite a few rights although over the last few years some of those have been whittled away.
if they break American laws they should be subject to American justice as if they were Americans.
The Europeans have like laws.
but illegals should not have access to welfare and other state benefits, should not vote, should not influence voting districts.
and they certainly should not be shot on sight which at this time at least .. they are not.

Funny. We were talking about non Canadian citizens wanting the right to vote up here just this afternoon.
The way I see it is it's like the Price Club. If you don't have a card, you don't have the right to shop there. Join the club and you get the rights. Simple enough isn't it?

They being illegal I would expect them NOT to be entitled to the same rights as a citizen.
They have a right to not be abused as they are being deported.

that is so funny to me! they shouldn't have any rights. they should be sent back to whereever they came from: mexico , canada, germany, ireland, england, iraq, india , china, etc.
the home country should have to pay part of the cost to ship them back.
if someone wants rights in a certain country, they should go through the legal process to earn those rights. whatever country it might be.

Now there was the perfect opportunity to round them all up at once... A missed opportunity. Where is Homeland Security when you need it?
