I always go to Sam's and get a case of the Sam's brand diapers and a case of diaper wipes as a shower or baby gift. It is a gift that can not only be used but, will be used a lot! Anytime I have given this it has been well received and much appreciated. Even though others may give little packages of diaper I have never been to a shower where anyone else gave a case of diapers and wipes. Cost is around $30 for both if you get the Sam's brand which is a better diaper than the Huggies. Then if the person is really close to you, you can always buy an outfit after the baby arrives if you feel you need to. P.S. I never buy newborns since they outgrow those so fast. I always buy the next size up.

Wow! Another girl. She probably has everything she already needs. However, if your looking for unique items that she maybe didn't get the first couple of times around, you can try some small online baby boutique. www.PolkaDotWhale.com is one online boutique that carries unique nursing covers, mommy kits, etc. At this point, I'd definitely recommend something for the mommy. Don't bother with clothes, besides the obvious hand-me-downs that she'll get, during showers everyone gets clothes. You might want to thrown in a couple of "big sister" gifts too for the other girls, so they don't feel left out. Maybe a picture frame or growth chart. Here's the link to the for mommy stuff: http://www.polkadotwhale.com/multiview/formommy/view/view/view
There's also these cool diaper caddys that mommy's can carry with them from room to room with diaper changing supplies....much better and more practical than a changing table: http://www.polkadotwhale.com/multiview/viewbrand/211/0/view/0/100/last_updated

One of my favorite gifts for my baby girl was a book by Holly Pond Hill for mother's memories. There are pages that tell about each parent growing up, grandparents, and the mother's inner thoughts from birth through marriage. I really feel like it will be an awesome gift when she gets married, to give her something I've been working on. If you can't find it on such short notice, just grab a 3-ring binder, cover it with fabric, and use your computer to print out your own family history questions. Good Luck!

The kit to do baby handprints is a great idea, as well as portrait package, but I also thought about maybe a neckalce for mom, and/or baby. Something simple, like a nice chain, with a crown pendant, to symbolize the princess theme? Or a princess themed charm bracelet?

How about a nice basket full of those things that she is going to go through lots of?
Diapers, pins (If needed) Diaper genjie cleaner things, baby wipes, vaseline, etc etc.
A sparkly bow or a bow with the Disney Princess' on the print is a nice touch--any major fabric place or the disney store probably has the ribbon.

Since you're almost out of time, you probably should just get a gift certificate to someplace the parents like to shop. Maybe you can buy a baby gift basket at a local store. If you have more time, this website http://www.babygiftsandshowers.com has some good ideas. I like the Rockabye Lullaby CD's myself.

A new pair of cute little booties. After so many baby items, things just wear out and get dirty. Little booties are fun and they have new designs coming out all the time. Even christening booties is a good idea if she is relgious.
You can also make a blanket from fleece. Just cut the edges about 1-2 inches apart and then tie a knot in them. It's very quick and easy.

It is odd to have a shower after already having three children! I would definitely however go for something like baby lotion, and other "useable" items! That is probably the most practical. Or, you could bring gifts for her other 3 children who are becoming "big sisters"

Ok u said it,.... she has it all already. she needs nothing. SO.... what i would do is concentrate on mommy and stop worrying about what to get baby. Mommy is having ANOTHER baby and trust me i know how she feels AHHHHHH lol. I would get her a gift cert to get a prenantal massage and even a few for after the baby comes. trust me, she will neeed it and be SO thankful. Bye the way, if u dont want to get her one, u can sooo look me up. I would love to get a massage at this time in my pregnancy LOL. good luck and God Bless

Buy the kit that they can take the handprints of the baby at 1 year through 5 years. It's a nice keepsake.
